At One Wholesale, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a streamlined return process for defective or unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Submit a Return Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal RMA request.
Awaiting Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to our central distribution warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving your return, our technicians will inspect the units for hardware integrity before processing your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
